Susan C. Ezekiel, CPASusan joined Cobb Ezekiel Loy & Company, P.A. in 1983 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1985. In 1991 Susan became a Shareholder and presently serves as Managing Partner and Secretary/Treasurer. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Susan has received advanced training and earned the AICPA's Certificate of Educational Achievement in two areas, the Governmental Accounting and Auditing Certificate and the Taxation Certificate.Susan serves on the Tax Committee for the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Piedmont Chapter of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants where she served as past Treasurer. Cobb Ezekiel Loy & Company, P.A. is an active member of Alliott Group (a world-wide network of independent firms) and Susan is a member of the Steering Committee for the Alliott Group North America division. Susan also serves as a member of the Accounting Advisory Committees of Elon University and Alamance County Community College. She has presented seminars on accounting for small businesses and won first place in district competition of public speaking evaluators for Toastmasters International. Community is a priority in Susan's life and she is an alumna of the Leadership of Alamance Program sponsored by the Alamance County Area Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Gibsonville Kiwanis Club and is a board member of United Way of Alamance County. Susan is very active in the Gibsonville United Methodist Church where she serves on the Administrative Board, Leadership Team, Finance Committee, and also teaches Sunday School. |
